The Final round of the competition will take place on Sunday, September 15. The finalists will play the Concerto for Piano and Orchestra No. 2 in B flat major, Op. 19 by Ludwig van Beethoven and Concerto No. 20 in D minor, KV 466 by Wolfgang Amadeus Mozart with the Slovak Philharmonic under the baton of Maroš Potokár. We invite you to watch the live broadcast from the Slovak Philharmonic Concert Hall on Sunday at 3.30 PM.

The 3^rd Round of the competition continues in the Small Hall of the Slovak Philharmonic on Friday, September 13 at 4 PM.

Harrison Herman, Yuki Amako and Anastasiia Kliuchereva will perform Hummel’s Piano Quintet, which they will perform together with members of the Mucha Quartet and Filip Jaro on doublebass. Watch the live broadcast from the Slovak Philharmonic Small Hall on Friday at 4 PM.

Two prizes were already awarded after the 2^nd Round of the competition on September 12, 2024.

The Johann Nepomuk Hummel Competition President’s Award was awarded to Dominic Degavino from the United Kingdom and Award of the General Director of the Slovak Philharmonic was awarded to Jaeyoon Lee from South Korea.
